Free both ways. Thirty nights to change your mind. No restocking fees.
Shipping
- Free 2-day shipping on every order, no minimum.
- Orders placed before 3pm ET ship the same business day.
- We ship to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. International orders may attract duties at the border, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
- You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created.
Returns and the 30-night trial
Wear it. Actually wear it — to the wedding, to the gala, to the kitchen at 2am. If it isn’t right within 30 nights of delivery, send it back for a swap or a full refund.
- Return shipping is free and prepaid.
- No restocking fee, and no requirement that tags be attached.
- Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the parcel.
- Exchanges for a different size or colour ship as soon as the return scans — you don’t wait for it to arrive with us.
Damaged, wrong, or faulty
Email hello@suitsy.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement immediately and sort the return afterwards, rather than the other way around.
Group and wedding orders
Ordering for a wedding party? Email us before you buy. We hold sizes, ship together, and extend the return window to 30 nights after the event date rather than after delivery — which is the version that’s actually useful when you’re ordering four months out.
